What's a drop?+

A limited run of fresh-cooked pies. We open ordering for a window, then cook them all for one pickup day. When they're gone, they're gone.

How many pizzas can I order?+

Maximum 2 pizzas per customer per drop. This keeps it fair so everyone gets a slice.

Do you deliver?+

No. Pickup only in San Clemente, CA.

How big are the pizzas?+

18 inches cut into 8 slices.

Why do you do a pre-order vs just allowing walk-ins?+

We started doing pre-sales as this is the most streamlined way for us to operate given the demand right now. It eliminates wait times and allows us to plan and prep for exactly how many pizzas we are selling. In our opinion it's better to be waiting online for a pizza than standing in line for hours while you're hungry with a chance that we sell out before you get to the counter. It won't be like this forever but is how we can easily manage our business right now.

I bought pizzas at different time slots, what do I do about this?+

We can cook your first pizza and save it for your later timeslot (though not recommended as pizza is best eaten fresh) or we can issue a refund if informed 24 hours in advance. We operate with a very limited staff and oven capacity so there is no wiggle room for swapping timeslots. In other words, we do not recommend booking two separate time slots unless you're prepared to pick them up at two different times.

I'm unable to make my pickup time, can I cancel?+

No problem, things happen. We require a 24 hour notice in order to receive a refund as that gives us time to sell your pizza slot to someone else. Service fees are deducted from your refund as these are fees we pay that aren't returned to us in the event of a refund, these fees range $2-4. Alternatively, you are welcome to pass your pizza on to a friend to pick up. Just have them use the name under the order.

Can I have someone else pick my pizza up?+

Yes, that's no problem. Just have them use the name under your order so there's no confusion.

What if I'm late?+

Try to be on time. Your pizza is made hot for your slot. If you're running behind, text us.

How do I pay?+

Online at checkout with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

Can I pay with cash at pickup?+

No. All orders must be paid online at checkout. We do not accept cash on-site.

Do you sell by the slice?+

No. We only sell whole 18-inch pies during drops.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?+

Not at this time. All our pizzas are made with wheat dough and dairy cheese in a shared kitchen. See our Allergens page for full details.

How do I find out when the next drop opens?+

Join our SMS drop list or follow @rynospizzas on Instagram. We announce drops there first.

Is there parking at pickup?+

Yes. We're located at 415 E Avenida Pico, Unit N2 in the Pico Plaza shopping center. There is parking in the lot.

What's the best way to reheat leftovers?+

Preheat your oven to 450°F and place the pizza directly on the rack for 5–6 minutes. Skip the microwave, it makes the crust chewy.
