SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in to text messages from Ryno's Pizza, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational SMS messages, including drop alerts and order updates, at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. typically 15 to 20 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at hello@rynospizzas.com.

Orders & Payments

All orders placed through our website are final once confirmed. Prices and menu items are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment is collected at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through our payment provider.

Pickup

Orders must be picked up during the advertised pickup window at the location specified at checkout. We are a pickup only operation and do not offer delivery.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information so we can reach you if there is an issue with your order. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on missed pickups and cancellations.

Food Allergens

Our products contain common allergens including wheat (gluten), dairy, and may be processed in facilities that handle nuts, soy, eggs, and shellfish. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of allergens. If you have a severe food allergy, please contact us before ordering.

We are not liable for allergic reactions resulting from consumption of our products. It is your responsibility to review ingredient information and notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions.

Limitation of Liability
