Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. To cancel, reply to your order confirmation email or contact us directly.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may not be eligible for a full refund, as food preparation may already be underway. We review these on a case by case basis.
Missed Pickup
Orders must be picked up during the advertised pickup window. If you miss your window, contact us immediately. We will hold your order for up to 30 minutes past the window when possible, but we cannot guarantee availability after that time.
No shows without advance notice are not eligible for refunds. We are a small batch operation and unclaimed food cannot be resold.
Quality Issues
If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 2 hours of pickup with a photo and description. We will offer a replacement on your next drop or a partial refund at our discretion.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@rynospizzas.com with your order number, the name on the order, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
